BH Properties is a privately held commercial real estate investment firm focused on value-add acquisitions in office, industrial, retail, and multi-family properties throughout the Western United States, along with investments in distressed debt and ground leases. The Company is vertically integrated, with offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Riverside, Phoenix, Dallas, and Houston, and is able to acquire and close transactions without the need for lengthy due diligence periods. Our 30-year track record and balance sheet allow us to move quickly and creatively, structuring acquisitions to satisfy seller needs in a highly competitive market. Today, the Company owns and operates approximately 10M square feet across 18 states.
POSITION
The ActivTrak Consultant will be responsible for advising the company on all matters of productivity tool tracking and ActivTrak. This is not meant to be a full-time role.
The role is crucial to our productivity tool operations and company efficiency.

RESPONSIB ILITIES
- Analyze and process data from company's ActivTrak logs.
- Enhance the current productivity dashboard or create a new one to monitor and rank employees across departments.
- Develop employee insight reports for manager-employee coaching.
- Create a method to track for in-person and travel-based meetings to optimize productivity.
- Identify limitations and gaps in current monitoring, especially off-site activities.
- Recommend areas for improvement with employee productivity.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree
- Thorough knowledge of ActivTrak. No substitutes - ActivTrak only.
- Experience with MS Analytics
- Presentation skills
- Previous experience with creating and presenting dashboards.
