Today, the Company owns and manages approximately 10 million square feet across 18 states.
POSITION
The Head of Accounting Operations will join our team remotely. This position will work during standard US Pacific Time business hours.
REPORTING RESPONSIBILITY
The Head of Accounting Operations will report directly to the Senior Controller.

REPORTING RESPONSIBILITY
The Head of Accounting Operations will report directly to the Senior Controller.
DUTIES
- Oversee the remote accounting team.
- Monitor and review the work product of the remote accounting team.
- Conduct training of staff based on need and as assigned.
- Prepare ad hoc and periodic reports as assigned.
- Complete other projects and tasks assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- CPA required.
- Latin honors (cum laude, magna cum laude, summa cum laude) required.
- At least 10 years of audit experience with one of the Big 4 accounting firms.
- Solid organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- An ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of the organization and externally with tenants, vendors and other outside parties.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must possess strong work ethic.
- Must be a team player.
