Our investment strategy is to acquire opportunistic real estate investments in need of moderate to heavy rehab on a mid to long-term investment horizon. This is achieved by focusing on assets that have real upside potential through focused renovation, property improvements, and intensive management.

POSITION

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Real Estate Cold Caller to join our real estate acquisitions team. This role will focus on contacting owners of single-family and residential properties to identify potential sellers and generate qualified leads for property acquisitions.

LOCATION AND WORK HOURS

The Real Estate Cold Caller will join our team remotely. This position will work during standard US Pacific Time business hours.

DUTIES

Acquisition and Cold Calling:
  • Identify and engage prospective property sellers through high-volume cold calling, targeted outreach, and marketing campaigns to generate acquisition leads.
  • Conduct daily outbound calls to property owners to introduce the company, assess selling interest, qualify prospects, and gather key property details.
  • Maintain a consistent call pipeline, track outreach activities, and follow up with leads to maximize conversion into qualified acquisition opportunities.

Market Research & Strategy:
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform and enhance acquisition strategies.
  • Prepare and present market analysis reports to management.

The ideal Candidate will possess the following:
 
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
  • Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
  • Must possess a strong work ethic.
  • Must be a team player.
